Who I Am

For 27 years I have been proudly served our community as a mailman Us postal service. Now I am ready served Perris City Council. My top priority Public Safety,Affordable Housing,helping small business to grow, and working hard everyday for Better Perris I am asking your support and your vote.

I believe leadership is not about titles—it is about responsibility, listening to people, and solving real problems that affect everyday life.

From safe neighborhoods to stronger local opportunities, my mission is to build a future where every resident feels heard and supported.

Why I’m Running

Affordable Housing Plan: My name is Mohammed Rahman, and I am running for Perris City Council District 1. My top priority is making housing affordable for our residents .

I believe builders should dedicate at least 20% of new housing developments to smaller, affordable homes priced under $400,000. These homes should include practical options such as 2-bedroom, 2-bath houses between 1,200 and 1,400 square feet—homes that working families, first-time buyers, and young people can realistically afford.first time home buyers down payment assistance .

I also support duplex-style housing that allows families to live in one unit while renting out the other. This creates additional income opportunities and makes homeownership more achievable for local residents. “I am also working closely with the council to help make rental housing more affordable for residents.”

As your City Council representative, I will working hard for housing policies that put Perris families first and create opportunities for everyone to own a home and build a future here.
